US stores, such as Walmart, Target and GameStop often carry special blister packs containing 3 random booster packs plus an exclusive foil promo card.
The booster packs are hidden so it’s not easy to determine the booster’s set and the boosters may be from recent sets or even sometimes from much older sets.
