Shipping Policy

We ship your items in padded bags or boxes together with additional packaging as required to ensure that everything arrives safely.

You have the option of selecting your items without tracking or insurance, but we recommend that you use the Registered post option if you are purchasing cards of significant value.

Whilst we take due care in shipping your items, we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or are damaged in transit. We always recommend that you select shipping by either Registered post or parcel post with a signature on delivery option, so that lost or missing packages can be tracked.

Express Post options are also available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are as follows:

Standard Letter (1 – 20 cards) – $4.50
Registered Letter (1 – 20 cards) – $7.80
Express Post (1 – 20 cards) – $8.50
Standard Letter (21 – 60 cards) – $6.00
Registered Letter (21 – 60 cards) – $9.20
Express Post (21 – 60 cards) – $12.50
Parcel (More than 60 cards) – From $10.20

Additional insurance cover is also available .

Same Day Shipping

We offer same day shipping for most orders placed by 3pm Sydney time each day.

Same day shipping may not apply for larger orders, unless paid for by Direct Deposit to our bank account. Additional processing time may be required for security checks to detect fraudulent transactions. We may need to ask for some form of identification, such as a driver’s license to verify the transaction.
